Company DescriptionJoin our Blenheim site as a Nightshift Meatline and Retort Supervisor and take advantage of our generous Talleys Perks, a great team and good work culture.Join a 100% New Zealand owned company with an international reputation for quality.Opportunities for growth with opportunities across multiple brands and locations.Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Nightshift Meatline and Retort Supervisor at our Blenheim plant.You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the efficient operations of the Mussel Meatline and Retort, while delivering high quality product in line with the daily production schedule.With the right experience your payrate will be from $28.40.You will be working from 3pm - 12.30am, Monday - Friday and weekends as required.As a Meatline and Retort Supervisor, you will be responsible for:Leading the day-to-day operations across both people and process in the Meatline and Retort department.Ensure work is completed on schedule and to an acceptable standard.Support manufacturing processes and promote continuous improvement of plant performance.Accurately maintain all documentation and records, both written and electronically.Lead by example, a role model for people leadership as well as our company values.QualificationsFor this role, you'll need:Proven experience in relevant food processing operations.Seafood Level 4 processing (or similar).Proven management/leadership experience.Additional InformationWith Talley's, you get:Great working conditionsGrowth opportunitiesGenerous staff discounts and perksReady to start?Applications will be reviewed as they are received until the positions are filled.Talley's is a drug free workplace.
