Job Description We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our Talley's Havelock team.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the 24/7 mussel grading operations which continuously feeds two large multi-faceted sites.
With the right experience, you will be earning from $80k - $100k salary per year.
Your working week will be 45 hours, flexible across 3 shifts.
As the Havelock Site Manager, you will be responsible for: Be the first point of contact for the Havelock mussel grading operation.
Meet all reporting requirements in order to optimise management of the mussel grading business.
Manage direct reports to foster a high-performing team culture.
Proactively seek any opportunities for continuous improvement in all core functions.
Manage relationships with other departments and with relevant external parties.
Qualifications For this role you will need: Proven Management and Leadership experience.
Relevant experience in a similar role.
A good understanding of relevant food processing operations.
Experience with MS Office.
Robust understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety processes.
Ability to relate well to a diverse group of people.
