Shared Services Receivables Specialist

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Receivables Specialist to join our high performing finance team within our Shared Services function. In joining our team you will play an important role in delivering receivables services to our group.
Your responsibilities in this role will include:

Complete bank transactions in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure debt levels are maintained in accordance with policy
Generating invoices for the group
Responding to queries from customers and other stakeholders
Accurate completion of reporting as required
Being proactive and thinking outside the box
Actively contribute to our team culture and performance

Do you have what we are looking for?

3-5 years experience in a large complex NZ business
3-5 years experience in an Accounts Receivable role
Experience in high volume transactions
Experience is credit control/debt recovery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good command of the English language
System savvy - Intermediate Excel a must, previous use of Xero a bonus
A strong customer service focus
Positive and can-do attitude
Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
