Jesco Hydraulics are Invercargill's leading industrial Hydraulic and Pneumatic Engineering experts with representation across Southland. With 30 full time employees based in Invercargill Jesco also have branches in both Dunedin and Cromwell.
The Role
Based in Invercargill this is predominantly a workshop-based position. Working alongside other technicians and specifically with hydraulics, duties will include installation, servicing, overhauling, testing and preventative maintenance of equipment. Jesco's cliental range from commercial, agricultural to industrial industries.
Days & Hours
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with overtime available.
Skills and Attributes
We are looking for someone who ideally has previous experience in Hydraulics and Pneumatics however consideration will be given to individuals with strong Engineering or a Mechanical background. You will enjoy getting your hands dirty and learning on the job. You will be someone who thrives on working in a team environment but also can be left to do a job independently. You will be a can-do person with strong problem-solving skills and have attention to detail.
This is a permanent full-time position offering 40 + hours a week and overtime. You will be working for an established company that is able to offer variety and challenge and plenty of on-the-job learning.
