Their projects range from simple refits to large, complex design-and-build construction projects, as well as Service and Maintenance.As the Service Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the estimation process for HVAC maintenance and repair, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with a passion for HVAC systems and a strong background in estimation to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing organization.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and competitive bids for HVAC repair and maintenance projects, including cost estimation, material take-offs, labour allocation, and subcontractor pricing.Liaising with technicians to gather relevant information, assess project complexities, and identify potential risks or opportunities that may impact cost estimates.Reporting directly to the Service Manager, as well as organising labour for repairs alongside the Service Coordinator.Utilize industry-standard estimation software and tools to perform detailed calculations, generate cost breakdowns, and create professional bid documents.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and technological advancements in HVAC systems to inform estimation strategies and maintain competitiveness.Strong experience in quotation, HVAC or as a Service Technician.Experience:Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, materials, and installation methods.Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and design plans.This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established, reputable company.Apply NowTo apply for this position, or for more information please submit your information and CV to the Recruiter below.
