In every aspect of our work, we are committed to helping whanau be the best they can be.We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Service Manager to lead a high-performing, well-established Mobile Community Support Service team based in beautiful Tauranga-moana.As Service Manager, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our service. Your responsibilities will include:Overseeing direct client care to ensure Tangata Whai Ora receive exceptional support in a community settingLeading and supporting staff, including recruitment, performance management, and professional developmentDriving collaboration through inter-sector networking and partnershipsDeveloping and growing the service to meet evolving community needsYou'll lead a dedicated team, working Monday to Friday in this permanent full-time role. You will also contribute to an on-call roster.We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing holistic, wrap-around support to Tangata Whai Ora navigating mental health challenges.If you also bring along the following, we would love to hear from you:Relevant tertiary qualification (minimum Level 7) e.g. bachelor's in management, social services, psychology, nursing or equivalent commensurate experienceRelevant work experience, including at least one year's experience in mental health, AOD, disability, health care and/or social servicesExperience in leading and managing othersFull clean driver's license and working rightsApply today, this position will be advertised until filled.
