Service Manager Rotorua-Nui-A-Kahu Matamomoe

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Service Manager to lead a high-performing, well-established Te Puawaetanga Youth Support Service Team (crisis respite and plan respite day program) based in Rotorua-nui-a-Kahu Matamomoe.
As Service Manager, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our service. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing direct client care to ensure Tangata Whai Ora receive exceptional support in a community settingLeading and supporting staff, including recruitment, performance management, and professional developmentDriving collaboration through inter-sector networking and partnershipsDeveloping and growing the service to meet evolving community needsYou'll lead a dedicated team, working Monday to Friday in this permanent full-time role. You will also contribute to an on-call roster.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing holistic, wrap-around support to Tangata Whai Ora navigating mental health challenges.
