The Chief Risk Officer (CRO) will provide strategic direction and effective management of the Credit Risk portfolio and Compliance functions, ensuring quality property lending credit decisions and safeguarding FMT's long-term interests and assets.
Responsibilities 10+ years' experience in credit risk, compliance, and/or risk role within financial services
5+ years' experience in credit decisioning for property lending
Exceptional communication skills, including presenting, influencing, negotiating, and problem-solving
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach others
Strong judgement and sound decision making
Ability to build credibility and instill confidence internally and externally
