The Service Manager role is an exciting leadership position within the Courts and Tribunals Regional Service Delivery team. As a Service Manager, you will coach and support employees to increase capability, foster a culture of high performance, and oversee the delivery of services to ensure operational quality and consistency. This role allows you to lead improvements across service delivery, collaborate with judiciary and external stakeholders. We are looking for someone with experience managing a team, providing guidance, training and support to ensure the team's performance development and efficient performance whilst maintaining a positive team culture and environment, This role reports to a Manager Justice Services and works collaboratively with the team to strengthen people's trust in the Law of Aotearoa New Zealand.
Responsibilities include:
Managing and leading a team of 8 – 12 direct reportsSupporting consistent delivery across courts and tribunalsEnsuring operational quality and procedural complianceWorking with external partners, local iwi and key stakeholdersOverseeing the resolution of operational issues and implementing improvementsNo candidate will meet every single desired qualification. To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills, knowledge and experience:

The appointing salary for this role will be between $97,208 - $135,539 based on skills and experience.
