We're looking for a Service Manager in our Gore branch who is innovative, organised, has strong leadership skills and is driven to achieve great results for both company and customers, and enjoys working with world leading brands, such as John Deere.
This role will see you perform management duties working closely with our Service Coordinator, as well as still getting your hands dirty and completing repairs when your team needs you. Ideally you will have… Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.PC literate and comfortable using software systemsExceptional organisational, leadership, time management and work-scheduling skills.Previous tractor and machinery experience or similar industry The ability to cope well under pressure, especially during the busy season.High attention to detail and a "get the job done" attitude.
