Reporting to the Programme Director, you'll ensure our programmes run smoothly and effectively and positively impact the lives of children living in material deprivation in New Zealand. You'll be adept at juggling multiple tasks and the driving force behind our providing administrative excellence across the programme portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Be a champion for children and their families - actively support them through the operational delivery of Variety's ProgrammesManage the team - responsible for the operational delivery of Variety's programmes including Kiwi Kid Sponsorship and Individual Grants, Beds for Kids and any future programmes.Manage all programme-related administrative functions, including but not limited to grant-related queries, mail, phones, email-inbox, data management and reporting, and any other administrative duties as required.Community engagement - with key stakeholders including schools, school champions, Iwi, Pasifika, and other non-profit organisations.Why You'll Love This Role:Meaningful Impact: You'll play a crucial role in transforming the lives of children and young people across Aotearoa New Zealand.
