Service Manager

We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team

A Successful Candidate will join a well-known HVAC & R company based in East Tamaki Auckland, trading since 2014 - ASAER Ltd - which is currently owner-operated with huge potential for growth. We need the help of a suitable Service Manager to achieve this successfully!

Other Details:

Remuneration package: $100k Plus

Profit share (Incentive - Possible to the right candidate)

Office hours: Mon - Fri

Approximately 40 hours a week

Applicants will need the following attributes:

Suitable qualifications in AC & Refrigeration (preferably Trade Qualified)

Demonstrated leadership skills and past experience

Experience running a team of service & installation technicians

Experience in quoting AC & Refrigeration repairs, installations, and service work

Some financial & budgeting experience

Understanding of NZ health & safety requirements

Able to manage customer needs and contracts

Able to work unsupervised

Able to communicate in English (written & verbal)

Some computer skills

Clean NZ driver's license

Required work visa or NZ residence permits

Able to grow company interests (New Business development)
