Our housing services team of whanau support and tenancy staff are passionate about what we do, with a particular focus on cultural connection.This is an exciting time for Monte Cecilia - our long-term vision and strategic direction for the organisation has a focus on Quality Service, Quality Engagement & Advocacy, and Quality Systems & Infrastructure.We are seeking a Service Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of frontline staff who provide housing and support services to whanau living in properties managed by the Trust.Reporting to the General Manager Housing, you will be responsible for providing operational oversight and leadership of a team of tenancy managers and whanau support workers at one of our satellite offices. You will champion high-quality service delivery, while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and role modelling our values of hope, courageous integrity, justice, hospitality, and collaboration.
