Service Manager

We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team
A Successful Candidate will join a well-known HVAC & R company based in East Tamaki Auckland, trading since 2014 - ASAER Ltd. The company is currently owner-operated with huge potential for growth, and we need the help of a suitable service manager to achieve this successfully!
Other Details:

Remuneration package - 100k Plus
Profit share (Incentive - Possible to the right candidate)
Company Vehicle & Fuel card
Mobile phone
Laptop
Uniform
Office hours - Mon - Friday
+/- 40 hrs a week

Applicants will need the following Attributes:

Suitable qualifications in AC & Refrigeration (Preferably Trade Qualified)
Demonstrated leadership skills and past experience
Experience running a team of service & installation technicians
Experience in quoting AC & Refrigeration repairs, installations, and service work
Some financial & budgeting experience
Understanding of NZ health & safety requirements
Ability to manage customer needs and contracts
Ability to work unsupervised
Ability to communicate in English (written & verbal)
Some computer skills
Clean NZ driver's licence
Required work visa or NZ residence permits
Ability to grow company interests (New Business development)
