We're seeking an experienced and skilled Service Manager to lead our team of refrigeration technicians and drive excellence in our service operations.As our Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing our service department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to our customers. You will lead a team of experienced technicians and a service coordinator, foster a culture of excellence, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve business objectives.Duties:Manage service coordinator and a team of refrigeration technicians.Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.Develop and implement service strategies to achieve business objectives with a focus on customer satisfaction.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and customer experience.Analyse and report on performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimise service operations.Collaborate with the installation department to support and gain efficiencies.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.Requirements:3+ years of experience in a service management role, preferably in the refrigeration industry.Proven leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.What we offer:Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.If you're a motivated and experienced service professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your CV and cover letter.
