Service Manager

We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team
A  Successful Candidate will join a well known  HVAC & R company based in East Tamaki Auckland , Trading since 2014  - ASAER Ltd - is currently owner operated   with huge potential for growth and we need the help of a Suitable -  service manager to do this successfully !!Other Details:

Remuneration package - 100k Plus
Profit share (Incentive - Possible to the right candidate )
Company Vehicle & Fuel card
Mobile phone
Lap top
Uniform
Office hrs - Mon - Friday
+/- 40hrs a week

Applicants will need the following Attributes:

Have - Suitable qualifications in AC & Refrigeration ( Preferably - Trade Qualified )
Demonstrate - Leadership skills - past experience
Have  - Experience  - running a  team of  service & installation technicians
Have - Experience in Quoting AC & Refrigeration repairs , Installations and service work
Have  - some financial & budgeting experience
Understand NZ health & safety requirements
Be Able to - Manage customer needs and contracts
Be able to  - work unsupervised
Be able to - communicate in english  (written & verbal)  
Have - some computer skills
Have a  - clean NZ drivers licence
Have the - required work visa or NZ residence permits
Be able to - Grow company interests ( New Business development)
