We are looking for an experienced manager who will lead service delivery through a team of committed professionals, delivering a range of learning support services to children and young people from 0-21 years. They will work with early childhood providers and schools to improve educational outcomes.
This role needs to lead change through leadership and management that influences and motivates others through personal advocacy, vision and aspiration in a collaborative environment.
Salary range: $115,624 - $139,091 per annum + 3% kiwi saver. The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary based on their individual skills and experience. Experience leading complex teams delivering services.Develop strong connections and networks across the Ministry, local education providers, iwi, communities and whanau to achieve educational priorities for the region.Broker support from across the Ministry and other agencies to deliver integrated work programmes tailored to local needs.Experience at influencing and leading innovation, people, programmes, and change.Ability to follow through and finish complex or sensitive tasks and issues.Ability to use and interpret data including the ability to use information to influence decisions.Manages and monitors client access systems to ensure service responsiveness is maximised.Ability to identify positive educational outcomes for parents, principals and early learning services through effective relationship building.If this opportunity interests you, please submit your cover letter and resume by using the 'apply' button.
