Due to an internal secondment, we have a fantastic fixed-term opportunity for an experienced operational leader to join the Family, Civil, and Tribunals Registry team at the Auckland District Court.
In this role, you'll be one of five Service Managers reporting to the Manager of Justice Services. You'll work collaboratively with the team to enhance public trust in the Law of Aotearoa New Zealand.

Ability to set the tone, expectations, and culture of the team, fostering an environment of trust, respect, and continuous learning.Experience in operational management within a fast-paced, dynamic, and customer-focused environment.A solid track record in change management and implementing new business processes.Proven leadership skills in coaching, motivating, and guiding staff to meet targets, understand their impact on the overall objectives, and build a high-performing culture.Strong interpersonal skills for establishing effective working relationships and collaborating with various agencies and stakeholders.Solid analytical, tactical, and technical knowledge of Family and Civil matters, along with strategic abilities.Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.Ability to exercise sound judgment and political sensitivity.Excellent attention to detail, time management, and planning skills.This is a challenging but truly satisfying role.
Utu a-tau / Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $97,208 - $135,539 based on skills and experience.
