We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to lead the service department for a top franchise automotive dealership in the beautiful Hamilton area.

Responsibilities Lead and manage the service department team including technicians, service advisors, and support staffMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as necessaryDevelop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfactionMaintain accurate records of all service activities and prepare regular reports for senior managementDay-to-day training of service advisors, call centre staff, and other customer facing staffOversee the warranty department Skills sought At least 3 years of proven experience as a Service Manager within an automotive dealership or automotive service environmentExcellent leadership and team management skillsAbility to analyse and improve service processes, performance, and achievement of KPIsExceptional customer service and communication abilitiesProficiency with dealership management software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously How to apply Applications from those wanting to relocate from elsewhere within NZ are welcome.
