We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to lead the service department for a top franchise automotive dealership in the beautiful Hamilton area.

Responsibilities Lead and manage the service department team including technicians, service advisors, and support staff Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as necessary Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of all service activities and prepare regular reports for senior management Day-to-day training of service advisors, call centre staff, and other customer facing staff Oversee the warranty department Skills sought At least 3 years of proven experience as a Service Manager within an automotive dealership or automotive service environment Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to analyse and improve service processes, performance, and achievement of KPIs Exceptional customer service and communication abilities Proficiency with dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously How to apply Applications from those wanting to relocate from elsewhere within NZ are welcome.
