Prior people management experience is required, and a background in Health and Disability is preferred but not essential.

You'll report to the Area Manager and collaborate with other Service Managers and the Regional/National team to support a supportive work environment.

People management experience, including HR practices.
Experience in delivering outcomes in a high-pressure and changing environment.

Taima | Working Hours It's important to note that due to the nature of the services provided, the position requires availability for the below hours with base hours of 40 per week plus on call.
Availability between Monday to Friday (6:30 am to 7:30 pm), weekends (6:30 am to 2:30 pm), and other core hours.
On-call requirements on a rotational basis, covering 80 hours per fortnight.
