Celebrating over 70 years of family ownership we offer our customers quality brands along with the best in sales, parts and service.ABOUT THE POSITIONWe have a terrific opportunity, due to internal promotion, for a Service Manager that has a passion for the Ag industry, technology in the agriculture field and who wants to be a key player in the Cochranes Service and Support department at our Ashburton Branch.The Ashburton Service Manager is responsible for the management of the branch service department team members, including customer service interactions, reports, invoicing and repairs. The role delivers the highest level of customer service, selling the branch's repair capabilities and technical skills of the team through a service-minded attitude, while developing lasting customer relationships.As a company we pride ourselves in supporting our employee family to achieve personal and company goals, so training and growth within the role is something that is also on offer.AS A SERVICE MANAGER YOU WILL:Lead the branch service teamBe the key point of contact for all customersDevelop our business with existing and new customers / suppliersManage the service requests and make sure they meet customer requirementsHave a passion for Health & Safety with a desire for continuous improvementQuote repair work and ensure invoice quality and frequency is maintainedManage the profit and loss of the service department of AshburtonTO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:This position would suit a self-motivated, energetic and personable professional.
