A large part of your day will be hands-on in the workshop; managing escalated diagnostics and repairs, providing technical support to our workshop team and overseeing jobs to ensure a high standard of workmanship and minimal re-work is achieved.You will provide crucial support to the Service Manager to ensure the workshop operates at peak efficiency, supervise a team of technicians and apprentices, and champion adherence to Norwood's Health & Safety practices.What We're Looking For:Heavy equipment trade qualification and at least 3 years experience in repairs & servicing of agricultural / heavy diesel machineryExcellent diagnostic and fault finding skillsExperience supervising staff would be an advantageThorough knowledge of farming, construction and ground care practices is preferableIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word & ExcelWhat Norwood Can Offer You:Competitive hourly rate, service vehicle, tool allowanceAdditional benefits including Premier Health Business Cover with nib Insurance and comprehensive Employee Assistance ProgrammeOngoing technical training in our purpose-built National Training Centre in Palmerston NorthMultiple career pathways within our nationwide network of dealershipsIf this sounds like the role for you, please apply online now.
