Our Service Excellence Team is intensely focused on providing exceptional experiences for our customers and consumers. We are currently on the lookout for a passionate Service Excellence Performance Leader to optimise and drive performance across the Service Excellence Hub, ensuring we are consistently delivering exceptional results.
This role focuses on monitoring, analysing, and improving key performance indicators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and supporting the team in achieving excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.
Some of your key responsibilities include: Lead regular performance assessments for team members to ensure they meet or exceed established goals and standards.Coach team to ensure high performance, delivering capability and development support.Analyse performance data to identify patterns, trends, and areas that require improvement to develop recommendations on strategies for enhancing overall performance.What we're looking for: We are open to developing the right person for this role, so this is the perfect next step if you are looking for your break into people leadership.
