As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll be stationed at our in-store service desk, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service possible.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Answering customer inquiries and providing advice.Processing returns, exchanges, refunds, and transfers.Supporting our Loss Prevention team by assisting with security measures and ensuring the safety of our store.Supervising and supporting the Checkout area as needed, making sure that all transactions run smoothly and efficiently.We're looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
