Service Desk Consultant

We have an exciting 12 month fixed-term opportunity for a Service Desk Consultant, based in our Palmerston North office and reporting to the Manager Service Desk. As a Service Desk Consultant, you will be responding to incidents and service requests lodged by your FMG colleagues, guiding them to an appropriate resolution and ensuring they have what they need to support our clients. In this pivotal role, you must be a great communicator who is able to build and maintain positive relationships with our internal and external stakeholders, as well as being able to provide an exceptional level of operational service and support.
