In our effort to lead our organisation into the future, we're seeking a full time permanent Service Desk Analystto join our IT team in our Wellington office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the not-for-profit sector and contribute to improving the lives of whanau and tamariki across Aotearoa. Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, the Service Desk Analyst role is focused on first level hardware and software support and will usually be the first point of contact for internal staff.
You'll work with other members of the Plunket T&I team and utilise your customer service and people skills to improve overall service delivery in line with the Plunket T&I Vision.
You will be a self-starter who enjoys working collaboratively, providing organisation-wide guidance and advice, and is able to respond to business needs when they arise. This role offers you the diversity of working with a range of internal clients from all teams, and your strong verbal and written communication skills will ensure you thrive.
You will also be/have:
