Service Desk Analyst

Service Desk Analyst We are looking for a full-time Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Hamilton. The ideal candidate will have experience in Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems. The position will be responsible for providing support to external customers with a variety of technical issues. Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 support to internal and external customers via phone, email, and chat Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Windows, Mac, and operating systems User Management – account management functions including MAC Document and track customer issues in a ticketing system Work with other members of the IT team to resolve complex issues Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 2+ years of experience in a technical support role Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Microsoft, ITIL Certification or equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
