Service Desk AnalystWe are looking for a full-time Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Hamilton. The ideal candidate will have experience in Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems. The position will be responsible for providing support to external customers with a variety of technical issues.ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 1 support to internal and external customers via phone, email, and chatTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Windows, Mac, and operating systemsUser Management – account management functions including MACDocument and track customer issues in a ticketing systemWork with other members of the IT team to resolve complex issuesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field2+ years of experience in a technical support roleStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsMicrosoft, ITIL Certification or equivalentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
