A Bit About The Role Our Group ICT Service Desk is a 24/7 first point of contact for all technology related issues and requests, supporting internal SkyCity customers.
Our Service Desk Analysts provide both remote and onsite support, to deliver desired outcomes to our customers.
A Bit About You First and foremost you'll have excellent people skills!
You'll enjoy valuable interactions with your customers and be inquisitive by nature - someone who loves nothing more than getting to the root cause of an issue.
You have amazing questioning techniques and you're known as someone who listens well with a natural 'can-do' attitude.
Technically, you'll have solid IT skills, ITIL certification and have previous service desk or technical experience in a 24/7 complex working environment.
Due to the nature of our business, you'll also be comfortable working with a 24/7 rostered environment on a 4 on/4 off basis.
