About The Opportunity Reporting to a phenomenal leader, this is a temp role to start ASAP but for the right person, a permanent role may be available. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our internal customers receive top-notch support in fleet management, facilities maintenance, and record and information management. Your primary responsibility will be to foster a welcoming and proactive service environment that anticipates and meets the needs of our staff. What We're Looking For Essential Qualifications and Experience: NCEA Level 3 or equivalent experience. A clean, current, and full driver's license. At least three years of experience in administration, customer support, or logistics/operations coordination. Strong knowledge of MS Office and a commitment to excellent customer service. Desirable Qualifications and Experience: Experience with document management, asset, building, or fleet management systems. Tertiary qualification or working towards a project management qualification. Experience in fleet, building, or facilities management, or contractor/project management. Knowledge of vehicle tracking systems and H&S legislation. Skills and Attributes: Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload effectively.
