About the Role We need an exceptional organiser to coordinate diverse work streams. You'll have a knack for continuous improvement, streamlining processes, and getting things done. This role is primarily focused on service delivery, managing support tickets, monitoring, and security activities. You'll be the go-to person for keeping things on track, helping the team allocate workload, and removing roadblocks.
There will be a variety of responsibilities to support the team, with a key responsibility being security management. This includes monitoring and reporting on vulnerability management, coordinating recovery testing, updating security dashboard metrics, etc. Additionally, the role involves coordination of projects and serving as a key member of our ISO27001 committee. Other responsibilities will include:
Managing Jira tickets for service delivery Helpdesk support Cost management and billing analysis Capacity management Facilitating cloud deployments and database migrations Managing server upgrade projects Asset reviews and management In this role, you will be exposed to a wide variety of IT functions and have the opportunity to grow and build your knowledge across the business. It suits somebody who has work experience within an information technology environment OR an aptitude for picking up new technologies, with a keen interest in technology. You'll need exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, a proactive approach, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and a great sense of humour.
