Project Director

As Project Director, you will lead the delivery of large-scale, complex construction projects valued at $150M+. You will be responsible for overall project performance, stakeholder management, and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive-level leadership for major construction projects from inception to completion Develop and implement project strategies aligned with company objectives Manage project financials, including budgets exceeding $100M Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders Lead and mentor project teams of 50+ personnel Ensure projects meet quality, safety and environmental standards Requirements:
Experience in construction project management gained working on major projects in New Zealand Proven track record delivering major projects ($150M+) on time and on budget Strong commercial and financial acumen Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction or project management Benefits:
