About the role We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Service Delivery Associate with experience managing stakeholders and clients to join our growing team on a 12 month fixed-term basis.
The role will be responsible for providing a high level of support to multiple customers and senior stakeholders as well as assisting in the development of new business across Fujitsu.
About you Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure high customer satisfaction and service delivery.Act as the primary point-of-contact for Fujitsu clients and provide a high level of communication to both Fujitsu and external stakeholders.Ensure contractual and SLA obligations are clearly defined, understood, and met by Fujitsu technical teams and external providers.Facilitate on-going reporting and meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and develop effective communication channels.Provide an initial escalation point for all service delivery and problem resolution.Manages, motivate & develop a team directly and indirectly ensuring the team achieve their objectives & to constantly improve quality of service.Control elements of service risks, service costs & improve the productivity of low complexity contracts for Clients.
Requirements and Experience: 4 years + experience of IT development and supportPrevious experience engaging and managing multiple stakeholders.Tertiary level education or equivalent, Ideally within computer studies.Basic understanding of financial and contractual reporting.
