Your key responsibilities will be: Ensure the Service Deli provides an enhanced customer service experience and excellent product offering.  Work with your manager to meet department KPIs and standards Assist the Service Deli Manager to support the Service Deli team. Maintain high presentation standards and ensure adherence to Food Safety and Health and Safety processes The successful candidate will have: A minimum of 1 years' experience in a Service Deli department, or similar. Proven experience leading a small team of people Positivity, initiative and self-motivation Organisational skills and planning ability The ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively  Integrity and innovative thinking This position is Full-time with days and hours to be discussed during the interview process.
