This is an exciting opportunity to join a locally owned and operated supermarket based in a fantastic community.Your key responsibilities will be:Ensure the Service Deli provides an enhanced customer service experience and excellent product offering.
Work with your manager to meet department KPIs and standardsAssist the Service Deli Manager to support the Service Deli team.Maintain high presentation standards and ensure adherence to Food Safety and Health and Safety processesThe successful candidate will have:A minimum of 1 years' experience in a Service Deli department, or similar.Proven experience leading a small team of peoplePositivity, initiative and self-motivationOrganisational skills and planning abilityThe ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively Integrity and innovative thinkingThis position is Full-time with days and hours to be discussed during the interview process.You must have the legal right to work in New Zealand – with citizenship, residency or approved work visa.If you believe you have the right attitude, experience and attributes for this role, please apply online now.
