You will have direct responsibility for the staff that work in the homes. You are also required to monitor the health, lifestyle, and behavioural outcomes for people supported by Spectrum Care, and will work with other health professionals to ensure responsive services that are individualised and of a high quality.Diploma or Bachelors in Human Services, or a Bachelors-level qualification in a relevant area such as health, teaching, psychology, social work, or management.A background working in the health, disability or social services sector and a sound theoretical knowledge of intellectual disability and/or mental healthDemonstrate training, leadership and resource management skillsExperience in managing teams and human services essentialClass 1 Full NZ Drivers LicenceExperience and qualifications in mental health welcomedSpectrum Care offers competitive remuneration, as well as support for on-going training and education.If this sounds like you, apply now!
