Responsibilities and Duties: Answering and responding to Inbound calls. Entering Customer Orders / Quote Generation. Maintenance of Customer-Oriented Sales Aids. Responding to Customer Enquiries. Customer Account Information Maintenance. Day-to-day running supporting all facets of the business. To be successful in this role you will have: A customer-centric and sales mindset. The ability to work autonomously. Professional Phone Skills. Excellent Attention to Detail. Flexibility - Prioritize & Alternate Between Roles. A team player attitude.
