Service Coordinator - Kapiti Coast

MASH Trust is an innovative provider of health, wellness, and disability support services in the lower North Island. MASH Trust supports thousands of individuals and families, with a dedicated team of 550 employees and volunteers.  The organisation operates from multiple locations across the region, including Hawke's Bay, Manawatu, Wanganui, Horowhenua, Kapiti, Porirua, Hutt Valley, and Wellington. This work is deeply rooted in the guiding principles of the 'MASH Way of Working'. We support people in their own homes, within MASH Homes and in the community.  About You... A knowledge of the NZ health sector in this specialist area. You can lead and motivate staff to achieve great outcomes.  Can build relationships easily. Organised and focused. Can prioritise and work within the allocated resources. In addition, you will: Have relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications for the role. Have exceptional communication and people skills. Have the ability to collaborate to achieve business outcomes. Quickly come to grips with our service delivery with a high-quality focus model.  The hours: This position is an 80 hour per fortnight role. 
The Role... Fulltime and permanent. Managing people and resources to ensure continuity of support and services. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality support and service delivery.  Working internally with others and externally with communities on continuous service improvement across the diverse range of healthcare and support services we provide. Motivating your team to feel valued, challenged and fulfilled by the work they do.  Based in Paraparaumu and reporting to the Service Manager Disability Residential, Wellington the Service Coordinator role is all about ensuring the delivery of high-quality support and services to those we support, or out in the community, to enable them to live good lives.
