MASH Trust is an innovative provider of health, wellness, and disability support services in the lower North Island. The hours: This position is an 80 hour per fortnight role.
The Role... Fulltime and permanent. Managing people and resources to ensure continuity of support and services. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality support and service delivery. Working internally with others and externally with communities on continuous service improvement across the diverse range of healthcare and support services we provide. Motivating your team to feel valued, challenged and fulfilled by the work they do. Based in Paraparaumu and reporting to the Service Manager Disability Residential, Wellington the Service Coordinator role is all about ensuring the delivery of high-quality support and services to those we support, or out in the community, to enable them to live good lives.
