About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our tight knit team as a Customer Service Representative. Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you'll be essential in delivering exceptional customer service for our key customers, dealers and installers – there is never a dull day! And with normal office hours, it's a hard opportunity to beat!
You'll be a champion of customer centric solutions and outcomes and take ownership of customers issues, facilitating plans and hardware upgrades and reconciliations. You'll manage the customer relationship, from onboarding customers, training, keeping them up to date with new features and products, to testing out new features.
Skills and experience: We're looking for someone that has experience in a similar role. You may possess all or some of the following skills:
Above all, you're someone who loves working with customers and providing the best possible service.
You're confident with or enjoy tech, but you don't need to be an expert in the tech industry.
You'll have a curious mind and want to continuously learn
You're down to earth and able to communicate with a diverse range of people.
