We have a great opportunity for a self-motivated Service Coordinator to join our team in Lower Hutt !

What you will do:
Be the vital link between our customers and the Security business unit, providing operational and financial administrative support to the Service Division (Security)
Participate in compliance process, creation of purchase orders, customer calls & email handling
Complete activities required by the Operations team to deliver service
How you will do it:
Coordinate and monitor delivery of all reactive and planned maintenance activities, and invoicing for the service section of the business
Accounts payable activities, including order receipt to supplier invoice review
Prepare and assemble files required for site attendance based on information and materials provided by technical resources
Review compliance paperwork and prepare outgoing compliance documentation
Review completed maintenance works to prepare remedial work proposals for sales team
Daily review of timesheets, and liaise with JCI Payroll team to prepare and process payroll
Daily review of service jobs to ensure all completed works are being prepped, followed up and invoiced as required
Support the Operations Manager by reviewing and monitoring training requirements
Support the Service Delivery Manager and Operations Manager including admin duties such as answering phone calls and general office needs
What we look for:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail, most importantly compliance
Strong organizational, administrative skills and time management skills
High level of expertise in MS O365 suite of software including Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience with SFDC advantageous
Capable of working efficiently in a fast pace environment
Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently
Agility to work both in office and home environments
