In this rewarding role, you will be working collaboratively with our team, provider network, clients and whanau to provide professional support and arrange tailored support packages for our clients.
Your aim is to ensure that the right outcomes are being achieved, in line with individual goals and needs.

About the role … Co-ordinate support packages tailored to clients' needs and within funding requirements.
Establish effective relationships with all stakeholders, and collaborate with teams across the organisation.
Respond to queries quickly and effectively, ensuring you escalate any complex matters when you need support.
Maintain high quality documentation and record relevant information in line with practice and processes.
Commitment to Taikura values and the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
Based in Mt Wellington, with the opportunity to work from home part of the week.
About you … Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to relate to a range of people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Experience in coordinating natural and formal supports and services for people with a range of physical, intellectual, and sensory needs.
Experience in NASC (needs assessment and service coordination), within health or disability sector is preferred.
IT savvy, with high attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
Passionate about improving the lives of those living with disabilities and commitment to Taikura's values.
