About the Role
You will be the Service Department's go-to person for managing customer service requests and ensuring every issue is resolved swiftly and professionally. You'll drive excellence by meeting SLA requirements, preparing jobs for billing, and maintaining accurate Ostendo data. Keeping clients in the loop with updates and ensuring precise technician notes for invoicing will be key to your success.
Skills & Experience
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on timeliness, accuracy, and professionalism within an administration, security, or facilities setting
Strong coordination skills for managing service technicians, ensuring efficient scheduling and task prioritisation
Expertise in maintaining accurate information, specifically with experience in Ostendo to support financial and customer service functions
Experience in inventory management, with a focus on optimising product availability
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, particularly in managing customer service and operational processes within a technical service environment
