Service Coordinator

Alsco Fresh & Clean Auckland are a leading provider of Washroom Services, Managed First Response and Washroom Consumables.
With the ongoing growth of our business with our partner Cleaning organisations, Auckland Fresh & Clean are looking for a Service Coordinator to manage and channel these requests.
Based at Auckland Fresh & Clean in Kingsland and reporting to the Service Manager, the role has 4 key focuses:
Handling leads, enquiries and requests for new site setups for Cleaning Organisation partners in Auckland.Maintaining quarterly contact (via phone or email) with a selected group of significant customers.Coordinating other teams to ensure good outcomes for our customers.Handling client's requests for service adjustments with a focus on retention.You will have a strong customer service focus and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
