About the Role Based on our client's corporate premises in central Wellington, we are seeking a casual Customer Service champion for our Service Delivery role.
This role is key to supporting the functions of our services across Front and Back of House, including mailroom and admin.
This is a flexible role that will assist as required across the workplace and client services spaces.
Main duties include: Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders Mail and courier processing and delivery Printing & Binding Carrying mid to heavy objects General administrative tasks such as scanning documents, etc.
Answering phone calls in a professional manner Reception cover - meet and greet visitors when required Delivering milk Replenishing fruit, kitchen consumables, copy paper, and recall bins Setting meeting rooms Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and our Clients' Health & Safety Standard About you To be successful in this role, you'll be a reliable team player with a "can-do" attitude and possess excellent attention to detail.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing an exceptional level of customer service, can work on your own initiative and willing to help others where needed.
