Their state-of-the-art service department is staffed by a team of skilled professionals dedicated to keeping their customers' trucks running smoothly. As part of their continuous growth, they are seeking a highly motivated Service & Warranty Administrator at their Manukau dealership!Responsibilities:You will be responsible for ensuring the dealership is paid for all warranty work in an accurate and timely fashion by preparing, flagging, submitting, and following up on each claim. You will also undertake branch warranty duties including ensuring customers and employees understand the scope of warranty claim resolution and expectations, as well as processing all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and to verify criteria required by the franchise.This role also supports the Service team and Advisors by stepping in once the Job Cards have been completed by the automotive technicians, and ensuring accurate costings and invoicing are undertaken in a timely manner.You must be an excellent communicator and can multitask whilst meeting strict timelines. Excellent computer skills, being methodical and analytical, and attention to detail are required. An automotive background would be beneficial to assist with understanding warranty processes and expectations.Qualifications & Skills:Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication SkillsProficient Typing Skills and Computer KnowledgePrevious Warranty ExperienceStrong Customer Service BackgroundMethodical, analytical, and accurate with good attention to detailAbility to handle pressure
