The employer and the role This multi-franchise group is looking to employ a Service Advisor/Warranty Administrator for their Richmond dealership in Tasman. The main responsibility will be to fulfill Service Advisor duties by acting as the link between the workshop and the customers. You will also have be required to manage the warranty function. Duties will include: Managing all service and warranty paperwork Invoicing Completing audit procedures Managing manufacturers dealer standards Changing dealer standards as required Closing and invoicing job cards to meet required deadlines Monitoring and amending claim status Handling queries and complaints along with management Additional support duties for the dealership as and when required Requirements The successful applicant will ideally already have a service administration and warranty background and be keen to join a volume brand dealership. The following skills, experience and attributes are required: Service admin and warranty claims experience in the automotive sector Solid computer skills An organised worker with strong attention to detail Professional presentation Ability to provide customer service at the highest level Sound automotive knowledge A team player happy to help out wherever required In return This is a rare opportunity in the area to join this well established dealership group.
