This multi-franchise group is looking to employ a Service Advisor/Warranty Administrator for their Richmond dealership in Tasman.

The main responsibility will be to fulfill Service Advisor duties by acting as the link between the workshop and the customers. You will also have be required to manage the warranty function.

Duties will include:
Managing all service and warranty paperworkInvoicingCompleting audit proceduresManaging manufacturers dealer standardsChanging dealer standards as requiredClosing and invoicing job cards to meet required deadlinesMonitoring and amending claim statusHandling queries and complaints along with managementAdditional support duties for the dealership as and when requiredRequirements The successful applicant will ideally already have a service administration and warranty background and be keen to join a volume brand dealership.

Service admin and warranty claims experience in the automotive sectorSolid computer skillsAn organised worker with strong attention to detailProfessional presentationAbility to provide customer service at the highest levelSound automotive knowledgeA team player happy to help out wherever requiredIn return This is a rare opportunity in the area to join this well established dealership group.
Rates of pay are market related and will depend on your overall level of relevant skills and experience.
