Service Advisor Trucks

ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting to the Service Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful, after sales service workshop with a fun team of experts.
On their behalf we are on the hunt for anexperienced Service Advisor or similar, who would be excited to work with New Zealand's three leading Truck brands.
You will beTHEmost important link between their customers, service, and parts department, ensuring an exceptional customer experience is delivered each and every time.
Duties Scheduling customer service repair orders, obtaining a clear brief from the customer as to any issues Keep a close eye on the progress through the service department Document warranties Preparing invoices and closing allocated repairs Be transparent and honest with the customer with estimated completion times and provide updates as required Ensuring the customers' expectations are exceeded throughout the experience Providing support to other departments Assisting Workshop Manager resolve any customer related concerns ABOUT YOU: Previous Service Advising experience, or Mechanical experience, highly regarded High level of commitment to customer service Knowledge of automotive vehicles and/or parts Strong communication skills, written, over the phone and in person The ability to work in a team environment An organised multitasker ABOUT THE COMPANY With more than 30 years within the New Zealand market our client offers some of the most reliable and economical trucks, tippers and curtainsiders available.They are a household name and leader in their field providing seamless sales and support for operators across a wide range of industries.
