We are seeking a high-performing, experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Auckland City Toyota Greenlane. In this role, you'll be the key liaison between our valued customers and our skilled technicians, providing exceptional service from initial appointment to final pickup. You'll assess customer needs, provide accurate repair estimates, and ensure all service recommendations are clearly communicated. Requirements to be successful:
Service Advisor experience in an automotive dealership environment
Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy for invoicing and administration duties
Great computer skills and systems knowledge
A full valid NZ driver's licence
